Value generated by keyword tells you how much in each keyword has contributed to your business in expected revenues. It is used to prioritize organic keywords and new ad suggestions.

To calculate the value generated by each keyword we multiply the number of paying customers originating from searches of the keyword by the LTV of each paying customer from the keyword/source.

Value generated by keyword = LTV of the keyword * #paying customers from the keyword

For instance, if the LTV for a specific keyword is $1,000 (LTV=ARPU/churn) and there are 10 paying customers coming from that keyword, the value generated by the keyword is $1,000*10=$10,000.
